Really friendly welcome, bedroom was clean, comfortable and easy to control to our preferred temperature. The bathroom window needed attention to close properly, but there was a heater to keep the room warm. We appreciated the table and chairs, and the communal sitting room with real fire. Great to have parking garage underneath. The concierge was very pleasant and we appreciated his care and attention (and his excellent red wine!)
We are happy to recommend this hotel.

बहुत बढ़िया I’ve lived in Sydney for a long time, but this was my first time doing activities in the Blue Mountains. I had a really relaxing time here and now I’m heading back. I’d love to visit again next time.

What a beautiful place in Katoomba close to everything. Really appreciated breakfast, thanks Daniel, we got to Manly and checked out Shelly Beach as recommended. Safe & easy parking. Really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend.

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. They did not have any options for celiacs. In this day some gluten free cereal and bread would be a minimal effort to have in the pantry and freezer.

This hotel is is a good location, just minutes from anywhere around here. The rooms are partially renovated and could be much better with a bit more work.
