Excellent hotel in Megalochori. Beautiful room with view at the Caldera. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great for couples that like quiet nights without the noise of the crowded areas in the island.

Hôtel magnifique, avec une vue extraordinaire. Le personnel aux petits soins.tres bien situer pour visiter toute l îles. Tres propre .linge et drap changé tous les jours au carré Super petit déjeuner. Hotel tres bon standingPrévoir sur l îles une location de véhicule. Nous avons opté pour un quad et le parking était très bien aussi sécurisé . 5/5

On arrival it wasn't exactly clean but then day after daily clean was great, Staff is friendly but one in particular was had a communication breakdown. Balcony and view was amazing but the neighbours was making noises a few times even once late at night waking us up 3am. Hot tub was great. Cons side is the ceiling shower and a body shower was bad, wasn't strong and leaking. Not alot of food options in the hotel area. Mainly bathroom is an issue. Bed was rock hard but didn’t exactly bothered us, yellow stain on the pillow was already there after they cleaned the room and they lefted the equipment in the jacuzzi twice. Part of us felt the money we spent on this holiday isn't 100% worth it if we’re honest.

Our stay was absolutely top-notch. The views cannot be beaten. It's outside of the "busy" areas and was perfect to get to enjoy a much slower pace. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around from here. The concierge was amazing. Anything we wanted to do was arranged within minutes. Transport from our ferry and then to the airport was first class and on time. We could not have felt more pampered.

The views from the poolside were amazing! Lovely little pool with comfy sunbeds to chill. We paid the extra €10 for breakfast which was worth it and also ate there in the evening for the sunset views - food was average quality, more expensive than other restaurants in Megalochori but you're getting the sunset view. The hotel arranged airport pickup and drop off at the port with Marcos for €40 per journey. Free bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and a payable mini bar & snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our one night stay before catching the ferry to other islands.

Great stay! The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean, relaxing, and perfect for our stay. The morning breakfast was delightful and had many options to choose from. Relaxing by the pool or on our patio jacuzzi was an added bonus! Would stay here again!
