The pool wasn’t available, bar on the 23th floor not open. There was a lot of noise during the night, they were possibly remodeling on some levels.

As far as beds go in China, this was one of the first to not be too hard or too soft. Could hear people and room service through the door, so traveling with little ones could be noisy during the day. It was quiet at night and slept quite well. Breakfast is amazing, don't miss it. And the back side of the hotel had an upscale area for eating and shopping right on the water.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. However our sea view was full of construction and while the room was clean, there were face prints on the windows and smudges on them all all bathroom glass. It needed a more thorough wipe down for sure.

I am spending time in this city over the next period of time, and happy to have found this hotel. Restaurants are good, hotel rates good, Internet access free, room size - larger than usual. It is a feel good hotel.
