Great as always

Unfortunately, our stay didn’t get off to the best start. The check-in experience was quite impersonal—we were greeted with “Hello, ID and credit card please,” with little additional communication. Although our room had been prepaid, my credit card details were entered into the system without any explanation or seeking my approval, which I found disappointing. Parking was available at $15 per night, which I felt was reasonable, however payment was required immediately at check-in. This wasn’t a major issue, but it would have been helpful if this had been explained more clearly. or could go against my credit card. Our initial room had a strong and unpleasant odour. After some deliberation, we requested a room change, and thankfully the replacement room was much better. Overall, the property is beginning to show signs of wear, with a number of doors and walls noticeably marked and damaged. In Room 103, the bathroom basin mixer tap did not extend far enough over the sink, causing water to splash onto the vanity and floor during normal use. While some aspects of our stay were satisfactory, there are several areas where greater attention to customer service, communication, and maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.

No parking unless you want to pay for it in there basement I paid online for the room and then they want your credit card incase you damage something for the price it was average

The room is very big and clean. Every thing is great and comfortable. Good for binging pets. Definitely coming back.

Room was very clean and spacious. The building is modern. The bar was not open (despite being advertised) and was advised it will be closed for another few months due to low customer volume. The bathroom sink design is very impractical. The tap is on the very edge of the bowl and water just goes everywhere. They should replace the taps immediately. The shower also leaks and floods the floor. The water pressure is poor. Except for all of this I would still recommend staying here, it is very reasonably priced, very clean, modern, and comfy bed with premium furnishings.

Lovely clean well equipped rooms. Nicely central and we were lucky enough to get onsite parking. Really warm which was welcome on a cold wet day. Friendly helpful staff. Would come back

Close to historic downtown and groceries, big room and parking

Well designed and cosy room. Carpet was especially clean and well maintained.

Legitimate 4 star hotel. Stayed at two other places that looked good but extremely dated. Newer hotel, very clean, great location and nice bar/breakfast on site.
