Great hotel right across from the main station. Brand new looking hotel with great services including a Lawson downstairs. Coin Laundry with brand new washers and dryers that offer coin or IC card payment.

Simple, clean, quiet, very safe, and functional room for a very reasonable price! There is a Mister Donut onsite, where a simple breakfast is offered for 400 yen, that you cannot beat it. It’s also super convenient with a 5-6 minutes walk to all the transactions, from Shinkansen, local trains, subways, buses, and Meitetsu Highway Bus Center. If it rains, you can access the underground corridors to all the locations not only to the transportation terminals but also massive amounts of restaurants cheap or expensive… All the staffs are super nice and almost all of them speak English.

The location is very convenient - close to the station, shopping area, and many restaurants. The room is not big, but it is clean. I always stay at this hotel whenever I go to Nagoya.

Very close to Nagoya station (towards the end of our stay we found a covered route through the maze of underground shops and restaurants). Plenty of eating options nearby. Staff very helpful and patient with arranging to forward our luggage. Coin laundry was very useful, and particularly liked the fact that you can monitor machine availability and progress via your room tv.

The hotel is great, good location and has everything you need as a pure base. The let down with this hotel is the breakfast. It is advertised as continental breakfast but in fact it is a pie, a donut and a coffee from the business at the front, very restrictive and not worth it. Grab breakfast from one of the other options around the location.
