This is a good hotel and in a central location in DIFC. It's definitely dated and in need of an upgrade to compete with newer 5-star hotels but the room rate was very good. The room was large, relatively clean but a few hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine! The bath/shower combo wasn't great and the shower control was difficult to get to the right temp. Around a 10-minute walk to the Emirates Towers metro and a 10-min Uber ride to Dubai Mall. A few basic restaurants nearby but you'll need to travel a bit further to get better options. Staff friendly and check in was quick.

Govinda housekeeper on floor 20 was an amazing housekeeper, hardworking, respectful, and always attentive to our needs. He greeted us warmly and spoke with kindness and professionalism. Our room and the hallways were always spotless. Truly a very nice gentleman.

Outdated rooms, they give only 2 towels for a family of four. Breakfast was not good. Staff not too friendly at reception, not keen to give information about usual things like pool timings, breakfast timings etc. Would not come back again.

The staff are fantastic. Phillip in the dining room was wonderful! The facilities are clean and available. Rooms were large and comfortable, pool was lovely, food was great. Great central location near the metro.
