Located just outside Ancient town, within a few minutes walk. Small and simple 4 story walk-up, but it does have a dumbwaiter for luggages to bring up and down. Room is tight, price is right. No breakfast offered at location. Bus/cars are able to pickup/drop off right in front. Staff were able to accommodate our very early check-in.

The most attentive place I’ve been to they always make sure I had towels. My room was clean and the receptionist was super cool. The girl in the morning was my favorite.

Don't book a room with terrace. The photos look like terrace faces outside, but instead it faces the inside of the hotel. Everyone can see into the room, which made me uncomfortable. I asked to switch to a more private room but was told they were full and it wasn't possible.

बहुत बढ़िया My room had a few light fixtures that didnt work and one ceiling lamp was hanging halfway down the wall. Overall the most important parts (bathroom and bedding) were pristine, but the rest of the room (walls, floors, etc) left much to be desired. For the price its hard to complain though

शानदार Our room was very centrally located within Hoi An Old Town and we could easily walk all over to the markets and different shops. The room was simple but clean and the staff cleaned daily. As usual - the staff were so friendly.

The hotel is quite rundown unlike what the pictures show. There were so many bugs in our room including dead ones smeared across the wall and when we asked if they could clean it, they seemed bothered by the request. They ultimately moved us to another room that also had similar cleanliness issues but we bought some bug spray and took care of it ourselves. There is a luggage hoist but no elevator, and the luggage hoist didn't even work when we got there so just took the luggage up the 4 flights of stairs manually. The AC was hard to get functioning in the room and there's also zero space in the room for luggage or to put your purse down, etc. as they have covered the only open nightstand space with snacks for purchase. The positives were the shower pressure and the comfortable bed but overall, it was a below average stay.

Cons:
1. Pics online don't look much like the room I paid for.
2. Smelled of mold, mold in the bathroom and shower.
3. Up arrival, had to ask for my sheets to changed, not sure if it was weak cleaning or dirty sheets.
4. This place is a place for back packers. It's really small. It was okay for 3days, but I wouldn't return. I saw other hotels nearby, that saved for my next visit. I should've left the first night and forfeited my money, but it was a no refund policy.
5. Also Not the safest place either, anyone can walk in off the street as sometimes no one was at the front desk, I saw a few of them in a room one day just hanging out, laying out on the bed, it could have been their hang out room, but no one was downstairs.
