Our stay here was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff set a tranquil tone for the entire trip. The highlight was, without a doubt, the private onsen. Soaking in the steaming waters in total privacy—surrounded by peace and serene views—was pure bliss. Having immediate access to a private bath meant we could unwind at our own pace, whether early morning or late evening.

This was an excellent location to stay in if you are visitng Japan. Located in the heart of the downtown area, with plentiful access to nearby transit stops as well as tasty restraunts and stores. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff were diligent and professional in making sure everything runs smoothly. Will definitely be coming back next time I am visiting Japan.

The hotel is right in the middle of the really bustling area of Shinjuku, convenient to public transport and more. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we lost several items out at restaurants/in a taxi, as well as with basic needs around the hotel.

Hotel has the basic amenities with outdated furnishings. The staff is helpful but it’s in an overcrowded neighborhood with few things for tourists. The rooms are small. Look elsewhere if you want more comfort and modern space.
