अच्छा Very close to all amenities and shopping. Close to sky train. I tried to message the hotel a number of times before arriving to secure a transfer from the airport but they did not respond until I was already in Thailand. Was told there was no shuttle service despite it saying there was on their website. Luckily I was able to secure transportation on my own. I also was informed upon checking that on one of the days they would be doing routine maintenance and repairs, which meant no electricity and having to use the stairs. It would have been helpful to know this previous to or upon booking so I could decide if I wanted to stay or not. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet and staff were friendly.

Hotel is located in a very good area, close to City Center and many attractions. Property confiding is excellent and Staff are most courteous and Breakfast was also of Excellent variety and Quality.

Rooms are big, location is convenient.
Only issue is their wifi is not the best and cuts out quite often. Other than that the staff is friendly and helpful

Room is specious and clean, suffice amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Raya hotel. The staff are all so nice and were very helpful with our stay in Bangkok. I would highly recommend staying at the Raya Hotel!
