Apartment was clean and in a super convenient location, barely any noise at night despite being near a busy road, super easy contactless check-in which was great as we didn't arrive into London until about 11pm due to delayed trains, but it didn't feel like it was well equipped for 2 people - only had one bedside table and one chair in the living area so if we wanted to spend an evening in, then one of us had to sit on a dining chair or on the floor. The apartment was really really hot and whilst the fan was massively appreciated in the heatwave, only being able to open the living room window by about 3 inches meant that there was no airflow into that part of the apartment and as a result we were unable to cool the apartment down despite being able to open the bedroom window fully. In need of some TLC, lots of cracks in the walls in the bedroom, the bedroom blind had a big water stain on and the wood of cabinet under the sink in the bathroom had cracked and looked like it was almost expanding due to taking in too much moisture. I know that in London, you're generally paying for the location but all in all, it just didn't feel worth what we paid.

The room was spacious, clean and centrally located to Kings Cross Underground. The only thing that bothered us was the people upstairs were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Mind you we were on the first floor. I’m sure the upper floor did not have thing problem. Overall a good experience!

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!).
Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful.
