Staff was excellent. My wife is Gluten Free and Dairy Free. At breakfast they provided an alternate menu which was more accommodating. The next day the staff remembered my wife and brought her the alternate menu right away.

शानदार The staff are very helpful and friendly. We especially love the pure cotton pyjamas provided, they are cleaned and with a crisp touch everyday. Bedding also great. Bathroom is spacious, with a door divided the showering/bath area and the toilet area. The only small downturn is that there is a damp smell when I walked into the room.

The hotel room was a little run down and not very well maintained. Our pillows also smelled bad. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was very friendly though. The hotel was serviceable for our last night in Tokyo, but overall would not recommend.

We had a corner room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful with all our enquiries. We arrived early and left our luggage with reception - this was subsequently taken to our room for us before we returned to officially check in. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Location is perfect - close to shopping, food and public transport. Would definitely stay again.
