अच्छापार्टनर के साथ रहे
Used a disability access room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Careful coming out of the bathroom if the kitchen area floor is wet as it is very slippery. Fast room service and to action any requests. Water in shower warm, couldn’t get a really hot shower unfortunately. Shower could do with some mould killer on the walls and shower curtain could do with a wash. Self check in and check out was great. Also appreciated the luggage storage. Overall, great facility.

The room was clean and complete.
Coffee was just instant coffee.
They have a self check-in system for you to check-in and checkout. however, my key didnd't work. had to go back down and do manual checkin.

अच्छा While the majority of the stay was good unfortunately the check in and our first night tarred the rest of the experience.

अच्छापार्टनर के साथ रहे
We went down for breakfast at 7:15am and found the dining area completely packed, with nowhere available to sit. Despite this, a staff member continued allowing more guests into the breakfast area, which only added to the overcrowding.
Eventually, the bar area was opened to provide additional seating, but by that stage the breakfast selection had been severely depleted due to the large number of guests. As a result, we were unable to obtain any breakfast and ended up having only a glass of orange juice.
This was a disappointing experience and fell well below our expectations, particularly as breakfast was included as part of our stay.
