The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly.
The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly.
There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden.

We really enjoyed our stay! The onsen was amazing, and we enjoyed the Japanese style room. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast, and had allergens clearly labeled, which was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the value of our stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Had an amazing time. Beautiful onsen with views of Mt. Fuji from the viewing garden and baths. Great food at the buffet. Very spacious room. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This hotel is quite dated, and it shows in both the rooms and overall atmosphere. However, the traditional kaiseki breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms, while old-fashioned, were comfortable enough for a short stay.
The garden area seemed not particularly well maintained, which added to the sense of the property being past its prime. On the positive side, the location is convenient—about a five-minute walk to the Ropeway—and there is a shuttle bus available, though I didn’t use it.
The highlight of my stay was waking up to a stunning view of Mt. Fuji in the morning, which was a real treat and made the visit worthwhile.
