We loved the spa & pool area! Very refreshing and relaxing after a busy 2 weeks and before a 15 hour flight. Staff was very helpful and the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also very good!

I stayed at Sheraton Taoyuan for one night due to an early morning flight, and the location was very convenient, just about 15 minutes from the airport. I checked in quite late, but the process was smooth and efficient, which I appreciated after a long day. However, when I got to the room, it felt quite old. One thing to note is that they don’t provide bottled water in the room, you’ll need to use the water dispenser in the corridor, and they provide a jar for that. Another small inconvenience was the shower. It took a few minutes for the water to heat up, so you’ll need to wait a bit before it gets properly warm. On a more positive note, the breakfast was good. There was a wide variety of options. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a short stay near the airport, especially if you have an early flight, but don’t expect modern facilities.

One of the large towel had stains. But the worker quickly gave us a clean one after I made a complaint. They also offered us two free drinks to express their apology. Another issue was poor sound insulation of the room. I arrived midnight last night and yet heard quite noisy talking next door, which made me difficult to fall asleep.
