Staff at check-in was very helpful and friendly.
Room is spacious, parking lot right infront of the doorstep if you stay on the first floor which is super convenient.
Accomodation is rundown, but relatively well-maintained.
Walking distance to eateries.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park outside the room. The courtyard area was a bit dark but that's what cell phone flashlights are for! Reception was open when we checked in. Lady on reception was friendly. We left the room key in the box at reception when we left. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Location was close to main street which was easily walkable. There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel but we drove a few miles to the Kafe Koala in Kennett River a few miles away. Great tea and coffee with a small shop selling Australian momentous and tee shirts. I saw kangaroos near the cafe.

We had a self contained unit, clean band spacious. Was able to cook our own breakfast and in easy walking distance to a local pub if you wanted to eat out.
