I loved the location right by the lake. It was very comfortable to relax and take a dip in the lake or the pool. It was also very easy to get to from Lucerne. I was able to go up to Mt. Pilatus do some sightseeing and still have 4 PM onward to relax by the lake for my day trip.

Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. Otherwise the staff was super helpful! You can catch ferry boat right next to the hotel which is nice way to ride into Luzern and see the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was gorgeous and right on a lake with mountains all around. Food was spectacular and eating next to the picturesque view made it even better. With all that being said, the front desk kind of stole the show. They were all super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist anyway possible.

The staff are amazing!!
Rooms clean and well equipped.
Food is excellent.
Hot tub overlooking the lake is lovely.
Bus to Luzern from outside hotel takes 20 mins
