Room had insects Aug 27 room 462. Staff was terrible. And housekeeping staff was not changing linens or towels saying they would change after check out

Large, clean, but tired rooms. If you stay there, it's because of the good rates, and the decent location on the finally-opened Eglinton Midtown light rail line. If you're looking for luxury, you need to look elsewhere.

L’hôtel est vieux, mais propre. Déception dans la chambre, papier peint arraché, ventilateur non fonctionnel dans la salle de bain, la douche en mauvaise état. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, nous devions nous coller sur la porte pour tenter de capter un peu de réseau…
