Excellent hotel. good location. Many restaurants and you feel the Bibra of the real Japanese Tokyo, away from tourism and just one stop from the Tokyo station.

The room is extremely small, with virtually no space to relax other than sitting or lying on the bed. The bed is tucked into the corner of the room, making movement difficult—you can barely turn over without your arm hitting the wall. On the opposite side, there is a shelf-style desk with a chair underneath, but the bed blocks it from being fully pulled out, making the workspace impractical to use.
The bathroom is equally cramped. There is so little room that drying yourself after a shower is challenging without bumping into the walls, sink, or toilet.
Considering the size and layout of both the room and bathroom, I do not feel this property offers good value for the price. There are comparable accommodations in the area available at lower rates that provide more comfortable living space.
That said, the staff were very helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay, which was the most positive aspect of the experience.
