Will never book again

As a gold member of hotels.com I've been around and this was really just awful. The reception staff were excellent and very polite. However, I could not believe that while I was asleep, at 10:30 p.m. two families yelling and screaming showed up on my floor. The attendant tried to keep them quiet but couldn't. Finally, after complaining several times, I was given a different room on the 8th floor. I was told this second room was quiet. Only for another two families to show up at about 11:30 p.m. noisy with children again. I could not believe my luck. I barely slept last night with the agitation and the noise. Dirty carpets in the hallways was not a good welcome either. And the breakfast is really for Asian clientele and not tailored for westerners. Rice and some stir fried dishes but that's about it. No fresh fruits or cheese of any kind. There was however a gentleman who made omelette but only with eggs and nothing else. This was a very negative experience. I have stayed in many four-star hotels across Vietnam. Given the noise and cleanliness of the carpets and the breakfast, I would say this is 2.5 star hotel at best.

Excellent location and few minutes ride to most places within the city. The included the buffet breakfast are variety of choice and nice environment.

In its price range, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam. I will definitely book this hotel again. The room itself is quite large and clean. The AC was in good condition. Several points to consider: 1. A five- to ten-minute walk to the beach. While I am not a beach person, it is good to know options are available. 2. A five-minute walk to Chợ Cồn market, where one can find all kinds of snacks, plus a well-known food court. 3. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel. 4. Walking distance to the central train station. 5. Great breakfast, with a different hot dish served daily. Same with desserts. My only complaint against the breakfast is that the coffee is not hot enough. Overall, it is a great place to stay. The staff was super nice and very helpful, and they always made you feel welcome.

No hot water. Internet drops out a lot beds were comfy. Do not ask for clothes to be pressed. They come back exactly the same. All crushed

Room was spotless, good size for 4 adults. Staff was great, Ms Cham was fabulous, helpful and accommodating. The bellboys were great too, always with a smile and helpful as well.

The room was amazing and the staff was so polite, sweet, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious
