I have stayed here multiple times and each time the arrival is a terrible with the baggage servicemen leaving my bags outside on the cart and then my room had a problem but they changed my room quickly. I really love the rooms they are amazing.

The pool is more or less a lap pool. the staff do their best to keep up with the slippery floor. nice they have drink and food service both inside and outside the pool area.

This is my go to hotel every time I’m in Bangkok. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms a spacious with everything you need even washer and dryer. The hotel is always very clean and the location puts you close to everything.

Originally I booked a room that included free breakfast. However at checkin i was advised the room did not come with the free breakfast. On showing them the expedia booking indicating breakfast they did honour the breakfast. However i think they will charge expedia. Everything else was perfect. Rooms have been refurbished. A great quiet location near great dining options
