We had an amazing 2 nights at Hilton Surfers Paradise. From the Reception to the staff at Executive lounge especially Kinny and Tam they made my husbands birthday extra special. All staff are lovely and very efficient with their duties. They obviously have an effective management. Thank you Hilton for giving us 2 amazing nights . Not to mention the closeness to the beach.

The lifts from the car park take too much time and limited access for rooms having to swap to different lifts to get to your room. The rooms are ok, closer to 3 star. Unfortunately our walk in robe had a vomit smell that you could smell in the bedroom.. so that wasn’t a great thing..it’s definitely a very good location but that’s about it.
