The staff were unhelpful throughout our stay. When we requested basic items such as an extra drinking glass, reusable cutlery, and toilet paper, staff were often unfriendly and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for assistance.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly, rubbish bins were left full, and toilet paper was not replenished even after we requested that our room be cleaned. When the toilet paper ran out, there was no extra supply in the room, so we requested more, but it never arrived.
Additionally, staff refused to provide reusable cutlery, which was frustrating given that the hotel promotes itself as environmentally friendly. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations.
