Central London. No air conditioning, just a fan. Old tired classic double room.

This was maybe the worst hotel I have stayed in. Lefts broke down twice in the 3 days I was there, they clean the rooms only after 4 days of you staying there and although I asked the soap in the shower and bath room was empty.

Generally, the hotel was satisfactory. Great location. People who rent here should be aware that there are hidden fees… We paid an extra $70 plus Canadian every day in addition to the regular nightly fee. Although there is a “fee“ warning when you book… No amount was told. I likely would not have rented here had I know it was that much! But other than this, it was a great stay.

If you're having an affair then this is your hotel! Very impersonal with do-it-yourself check-in and no-one to talk to at a non-existent Reception desk. We were not having an affair and would have preferred some service! We made the mistake of accidentally booking a non-air-conditioned hotel room (yes they actually exist in 2026 in central London!). We didn't even think that that was an option that you had to pay more for! I ended up sleeping on the floor as it was simply too hot for two in a bed! I paid good money for that experience! No room service (until you stay there for 4 days) and only a scrolling sign in the lift about where to get more loo paper (they only supply one). Heaven help you if the lift is crowded! Stay away unless you're desperate.

I ordered a room and it was at the roof, and they didn't told me that I should take two lefts. so it was very hard to find the room. so I went to ths staff to help me find the room. another thing that they they work is cleaning the rooms, and after 4 days they didn't clean it also.

Very middle of the road. Probably would spend a little more to have a better standard of accommodation.Foyer gave a good impression but more like a reasonable hostel when you went to rooms. Disappointed tbh and would not really recommend. Had to pay £10 per bag to leave bags before and again after checking in/out which could have been spent on a better hotel. Sorry but look elsewhere.

I stayed here two years ago and left happy. I returned expecting the same hotel. What I found was a masterclass in what happens when a hospitality business decides hospitality is optional. The front desk is now a bank of self-check-in screens. Across from it: vending machines. Forget a toothbrush? That'll be £3. Days Inn, a two-star American roadside motel, just gives you one. The lobby looks like a regional airport at 6am. Three stars, apparently. No kettle. No fridge. No in-room phone. Towels come via WhatsApp request only, undocumented, and useless if you're an international traveler without local data or reliable WiFi. The bathroom sign says leave towels on the floor to get them replaced. Housekeeping comes every four days. Someone should tell the sign. During one of London's worst heat waves in decades, the hotel offered guests nothing. No water. No ice. A heat wave is not a surprise. This is who they are. The management responses on Google Reviews follow a script so consistent you have to ask: blink twice if the thing writing these is not a human. Every one invokes "new management" and promises improvements "underway." These reviews span the entire post-takeover period. Nothing has changed. The location is exceptional. The breakfast staff are lovely. Everything else has been stripped out and replaced with fees and vending machines. I won't be back.

We had a room on the first floor. No air conditioning in the room - only a small oscillating fan and the window open ajar. Unbearably hot. Fixtures in the shower would stick, making it difficult to adjust water temperature and even turn the water off. Water from the tap smelled of iron. Apparently some rooms have A/C, but not all. Wish we had known this before booking. We ended up leaving early and booking elsewhere because it was too uncomfortable.

Inexpensive and extreme well located, the two restaurants are OK.

Great Central London location. DIY check in & out. Good size classic double bedroom. No air con, but window opens wide enough for breeze to come in. Small TV. Small bathroom. Available staff when required.
