Love this hotel and staff. I always enjoy getting the club level rooms for the evening drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Great location to river boat pickup, upscale grocery, DHL, not too far from Ben Thanh market and several taylors. Roof top pool and spa but not as thrilled about this spa. I had extreme cramping in my legs and they were weird about it. Next hotel had no issues with me.

I used the roof pool. When I walked out of water, I fell down terribly hitting my left body due to slippery floor. The hotel staff kindly took me to a hospital nearby and no bone fracture was found. It was already five days ago, but I still have pains on my shoulder and back and associated problems. All the costs was paid by myself. It is recommended to avoid slippery floor around the pool.

The most incredible staff of any hotel. Everyone was super polite and very helpful. Room were extremely clean. The breakfast buffet is a must and is delicious with a great staff. Location was perfect.
