Lovely place. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Staff, very helpful with drectios. Hotel clean and very well maintained. Would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Terrible experience. The family room was not described as in the basement so when we arrived we took the smelly staircase down. The room was much smaller than represented so we couldn’t open our luggage. People and the janitor stand outside our only window and smoke so the room smells like an ashtray. When we complained the young morning staff were completely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place for families.

Excellent air conditioning for the heat wave! Very tight room for 2 but overall great bed, closet and bathroom. Was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - lots of restaurants and transportation close by - as well as the park. The room was air conditioned which was a great relief during the heat wave. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is now my favorite place to stay in London.
