Great location and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and close to the station and shopping options. The rooms also come with an iron and ironing board. The hot springs public baths are also great. The view was also gorgeous of the bay. However, minor issues being the lobby being on the top floor and having to take multiple elevators, which can be bothersome on a tight schedule. And there isn't as much to do in the nearby areas as some other locations in Tokyo.

Modern, quiet, convenient hotel by Toyuso station. Restaurant, small supermarket, Starbucks are available if needed. The view was magnificent, overlooking water and city. Coffee and tea in room. Vending machine and washer-dryer for minimal fee. Love the warm bidet, toiletries included even pajama set. Didn’t purchase breakfast coz it was a lot cheaper to eat outside or we stop by conbini for munchies. So far happy with our stay! Worth the price!
