The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Rooms have great AC and are always clean, as well they have been updated since my first time staying here.
We have stayed here a number of times and if rooms are available it is my first choice when visiting Victoria for either Business or Leisure.

We only stayed for 3 nights. Out most of the time. The only contact with staffs was during check in and check out time. During that time, staffs were polite, professional and efficient. The place are quiet and the location are central and convenient,

This is definitely a place where you only go to sleep. The bedding was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room was old and not well kept. There is no service (bed making) during your stay.
