Nice clean room. Quiet. Bathroom is clean, a little small, but perfectly suited for one person. Shower is excellent: hot and powerful. Location is good; busy road, but not chaotic, and easy to get to main areas of HCMC. They do require a deposit on check-in, either by local QR/bank transfer or cash, no cards accepted.

My second time staying at Zazz Hotel, location is great & staff always so helpful. The breakfast section is small but fulfilling from bread salad cooked food to dessert & fruit. Plus point that they have changed the amenities to be more environment friendly that really impressive for a small scale hotel in district 5. Will definitely stay again on my next trip

I had a wonderful stay at Zazz Urban Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless throughout my stay. The staff were always polite, professional, and friendly, making me feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. The only small suggestion I have is that the bathroom could use additional lighting around the vanity area to make makeup application easier and improve visibility when using the mirror. Other than that, I honestly cannot find anything to complain about. The hotel feels very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Zazz Urban Hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this hotel is definitely worth trying.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, We were warmly welcomed by the manager (Eric) with refreshments. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, even providing complimentary breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, also staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
