Amazing amazing Amazing! What a beautiful hotel! All the amenities it had! The roof top pool amazing! It was always clean and well maintained!! We will def stay again here when we come back!

ゆいレールの駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、近くにコンビニや居酒屋もありすごく便利でした。スタッフの方も親切でとても快適なステイでした。沖縄に来る際は、また利用したいと思います。

Close to the port if you’d like to visit the islands and clean rooms.

Perfect hotel for staying close to the airport, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel for staying close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing experience at Nest Hotel Naha. During check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number, so I could not enter the room and had to return to the lobby to sort it out. The front desk staff were unable to communicate effectively in English and were not particularly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for two more nights due to the approaching typhoon, they simply told me to check the rates online myself. When I asked if they could check room availability, they used Google Translate to tell me that if I could not book online, it meant the hotel was full and I should find another hotel. There was little effort to assist or show concern despite the typhoon situation. Also, room cleaning is only provided once every three days, which may not be suitable for all guests. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

New. Clean. Very friendly staff, even for tourists with minimal Japanese (and don't mind using Google translate for conversations).

Clean room, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, cool pool and amazing view. Situated in a nice part of the city. Very walkable to restaurants. Only negative was parking….

Great stay, recommended

Room has a pretty view and the amenities are great! The outdoor pool is nice too but a little chilly so great after a hot day!
