This has been my favourite hotel I've stayed in Paris so far. Super convenient location, friendly staff, easy check in process, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchenette is super convenient with all dishes and utensils needed. Overall loved this place and will be my go to the next time I'm back in Paris.

From check in to checkout this was an amazing stay. The suite was spacious and felt like a livable space instead of just a typical hotel. The excellent and attentive staff were a major plus and I’d give them 5+ stars alone. Thank you all for the hospitality.

Vincent is amazing

My first night I was on the ground floor studio. While the room itself was absolutely gorgeous I am a light sleeper and the windows are right on the pavement. So maybe just ask to be on a higher level (only if you’re a light sleeper though, because if you’re not you’ll love it because it stunnnnning and so so spacious). When I mentioned to the staff the next day that I didn’t sleep well they were so helpful in working out what my other options were. Also on the first night the receptionist literally googled ‘restaurants with healthy salads’ after I said I was craving a salad and then she emailed the recommendation to me. Seriously the best customer service and the most divine apartment hotel. What more could you want (oh and it was so was to walk to from Gare de Nord station with my big suitcase too).

A wonderful stay just outside the busiest parts of Paris, which made it feel more local and relaxed. The hotel was impeccable yet very comfortable and welcoming rather than formal. The front desk staff were lovely—special thanks to Magalie, who was incredibly kind and accommodating when I changed rooms midway through my stay. I’d happily stay here again.

The villa was beautiful, decoration and attention to detail was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and finished to a very high standard. Any interaction with staff was friendly, helpful and positive. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was well located. The rooms were clean, the staff were extremely helpful and there were lots of lovely touches like high end toiletries and free drinks. The woman on the front desk when we arrived and left provided particularly good customer service. We are already planning return trips.
