In accordance with Hotel Licensing and Government regulations, guests are required to present a physical Singapore NRIC or a physical passport upon check-in.
Please note that other forms of identification – such as Digital Singpass ID, work passes (Work Permit, Special Pass, Employment Pass), long-term passes, students pass, driving licenses and any other form of membership cards are strictly not accepted for registration purposes.
We kindly remind guests that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
All rooms are non-smoking in this property. A penalty of $300 fine will be imposed for any violation of the non-smoking policy.
