The structure of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress was not clean and it was too hard to sleep with my ankles covered. It seems very important to keep the mattress clean.

Was bitten very badly after 1st night. Reception brushed it off, saying better see doctor. Subsequent check by ISOS doctor said it was likely due to bedbugs. Unwelcoming reception. Lots of rules & regulations make it seems more a prison camp than a hotel. Bad sound insulation indicatives of poor construction. Noise from the street every night until early morning, and noise from the corridor means no rest night and day. Night curtain doesn’t exclude the lights from the new building opposite. Aircon only inside the room. All public area even guest corridor without aircon. The new tall building opposite looks directly into the room. All staffs, including front office manager speak (self-described) poor English. When Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, it was described as misunderstanding due to poor English. When Reception said minibar is free during check- in, then wanted to charge the items during check-out, it was described as misunderstanding due to poor English. Not recommended.

Most of them have windows and balconies with commodious and airy space. You can relax after a tiring day or many outdoor activities. Sao Viet Nha Trang Hotel is a new and attractive destination for travelers. From the hotel, you just take about 2-minute drive to visit Tram Huong Tower - the symbol of beautiful Nha Trang City. In addition, the hotel is only 800m from Dam Market and only 500m to Nha Trang Beach. Long Son Pagoda and Nha Trang Bay are within 2.5 km. Sao Viet Hotel is 5-minute drive from Ponagar Tower. Nha Trang Center is only 400 meters away and the nearest airport is Cam Ranh International Airport, 37 km away. Airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. Let us have the opportunity to serve you when you have fun and relaxation in Nha Trang Bay.
