Thank you for choosing to stay with us. When checking in, kindly present your valid ID and get the key at the lobby. While we work at giving you a comfortable stay at Dreamer’s, kindly help us follow these rules:1. Check-in time is 2:00PM (14:00); Check-out time is 12:00PM. For early and/or late check-in/out, kindly coordinate with the unit owner at least a day ahead.2. Kindly present the government-issued IDs/passports of all checked-in guests at the lobby and fill-out the guest information form and health declaration form.3. No horseplay to give respect to other tenants/guests and to prevent breakage and property damages. Boisterous behaviour, rough playing is not tolerated. 4. This is strictly a NO-SMOKING room but there are smoking areas outside the building.5. Pets are not allowed inside the building premises. 6. Shoes-off beyond the kitchen sink upon entering the room. Place your shoes in the shoe storage beside the entrance door. 7. Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any article of a combustible or hazardous nature, prohibited goods is prohibited.8. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs are prohibited. 9. The property owner or the building administration shall not in any way be responsible for your personal belongings. 10. We advocate CAYGO (Clean-As-You-Go) rule, wash your dishes, throw your garbage to the waste bins. 11. Any stains or damages to any of the property belongings shall be charged to the guests upon check-out. 12. There is a free parking area for all guests and visitors of the property based on a first come-first serve basis. Paid overnight parking is subject to availability, kindly notify the host if you want to reserve a spot. 13. The unit owner or the building administrator may exercise its right to prohibit or order any person/s, guests, visitors from entering the premises caused by violation any of the rules of this building or the room. 14. Free pool access (open Wednesday-Monday 8-12nn; 4-8pm) EXCEPT TUESDAYS for water treatment). Thank you and we are hoping for a comfortable stay at Dreamer's Pad.
