We had a lovely stay here while hiking along the West Highland Way. The rooms were nicely furnished and in cottages right on the Loch. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and we had a great meal in the restaurant.

Rooms and inn itself were great.
Service at dinner was extremely slow to the point where we had to flag down a different staff member every time we needed something basic like getting water, ordering dessert, or even paying our bill.
The restaurant also had the most uncomfortable restaurant chairs ever. Definitely not what we were hoping for after a long hard day of hiking up and down Conic Hill. It literally hurt more to sit than stand

Comfy bed. Beautiful view out to the lake. Delicious dinner (pre-booked) and breakfast. The room was spacious. There was plenty of hot water, as well as the normal amenities. Nice in-room coffee and tea service. The fan was a bonus.
