Staff were great, great food and bar area. Pool was basic but not a big deal if most of your time is spent offsite.

Perfect location for Seaworld travelers ! Super close to theme parks . Clean facilities, pool was nice, splash pad was unfortunately not working, and the fire pit, very family friendly, breakfast had a variety of options. Parking was a little too expensive. But overall will definitely go back again!

Positives: Clean hotel, conveniently located to Discover Bay and Sea World. - Friendly staff. - Pet friendly (we didn't have a pet, but saw several) To improve on: - Breakfast is OK at best, no selection and not great seating options. - Parking is expensive, we could have booked a higher end hotel for the same price when you consider the cost of that. - The person cleaning the room would only empty the trash every other day, one day from the main room, the next from the bathroom. She also missed items, such as the tissue being empty even though we took the box out of the holder and put it in the middle of the counter and the paper coffee cups being gone.

This is a special property. Although, in the heart of Orlando, it is still has so much quiet and gives great peace of mind

Very nice place to stay with a pleasant staff

Property was a good hotel with good breakfast options with actual chef to get something remotely healthy with eggs or omelets made fresh to order. Hotel had a great gym, pool, laundry room, lobby, hotel bar, etc and it was in a good location with many food options within a 2 minute to five minute walk. We booked a room with a seperate bedroom with two queen beds and living room and kitchen. My two main complaints out of a good hotel experience are the sofa bed in the living room having the most uncomfortable sofa bed any of us had ever experienced. It was metal frame rods directly in your hip/lumbar Spine. I didnt expect it to have a Sealy mattress but it was extremely uncomfortable. My second complaint is the room was great overall with large kitchen and dining table, living room, large bathroom, and 2 queen bed bedroom, large living room with two sofas, but the bedroom had no door on it for privacy. I specifically looked for a room with seperate bedroom for specific quiet separation for rest for a family member. We ended up being held hostage in our own room because we tried to remain quiet as to not wake up the family member in the bedroom. This was difficult and disappointing. Put a simple door. There's a door frame there anyways. Why leave it wide open with no privacy? We normally stay at a different hotel close by this one with seperate bedrooms so we wont likely comeback here because of that. Other than that, it was a good stay and staff was very nice.
