औसत से नीचे Laundry you have to pay extra for. The door doesnt seal. They have a car patroling at night with bright neon green lightbar shining into the windows. The internet was out the whole stay. They dont advertise but theyres a mandatory 100 dollar deposit for room. The bed springs were worn out so bad you sat down and sank in 3-4 inches.

औसत से नीचे We have a terrible experience in this property. On our first day, the AC is not working properly and one of the bed frames was falling apart. On our second day, after a trip, the entire floor was flooded due to a plumbing problem, getting some of our items soaked. After we got moved to a new room, the water was cut without any notice. Even after the water was fixed, it was extremely dirty and had to be flushed out for a few minutes. After all of that, we never received any type of compensation.

बहुत बढ़िया Staff was friendly, room was clean. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay before my cruise the next day. I will book here again next time I’m in Jacksonville.
