The hotel is outside Aswan in New Aswan (about 20 minutes drive) so is very remote. It's a gorgeous location overlooking the Nile with the pools all facing that way. There are two gyms, one tiny one in the hotel itself and the other one where they need to drive you 10 minutes to the spa. We didn't realise that as it was a shame as the impression given was it was on site, but the drive meant it wasn't convenient and we couldn't use it based on the timings of our activities. Staff at breakfast were very friendly but the selection was fairly limited.

This is a beautiful destination Spa, great amenities is a very tranquil setting. Stunning landscaping. Large rooms with communal space.

We had to change rooms twice in a two-night stay at this hotel due to having difficulty to sleep around noisy neighbors around us. We are disappointed with the manner in which the male managers handled our situation and treated us. At checkout they were short and unfriendly, not even inquiring about the rest of our stay with them. No goodbyes, no thanks. We would not recommend this place to travelers no matter how nice the pictures look at the different booking websites. The female staff were kind and friendly we must say.

This is really one room inside the villa which is shared with others. Restaurant is 5 minutes in car and you need to wait for shared car back and forth. Gym is also 5 minutes in cab and I had to wait for 20 minutes for the car. There is no public cab service or other restaurants near this place, we can only use hotel car and hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant have really 5 main meals and most of them sucks, there is no other choice. I wanted a coke and the restaurant serve coke and no other place to buy. I ran out of the two small water bottles and I need to wait 20 minutes when I ordered for extra water for money. This is nothing but a 3 star shared house with no facilities but the hotel marked it as 5 star and charged like 5 star hotel. This place nothing other than a prison and kids will really hate this place as they don’t get any good food options and nothing else to do. Downtown is 20 minutes away and hotel car charges like 25 USD for each way and there is no other car service near by. My best advice is completely stay away, there are much better real 4 star hotel at much lower price and better facilities. The staff are really good and responsive but they can’t do really anything with the poor facilities.

The property appears reasonably new, although there are signs of poor construction and inadequate maintenance. The dining experiences were severely lacking, especially when compared to other properties visited in Egypt. The rooms lacked warmth and a sense of place, very basic. The service experience was one extreme or the other. Some reception team were extremely helpful, other team members demonstrated a lack of understanding of hotel basics, like knocking before entering a room. The grounds were beautiful, although paving is lifting and cracking, and one night while walking across the road near to my room, the manhole cover dropped out from beneath me, one leg falling down below the street level. Overall the property has a lot of potential, though it needs a lot of work from both a product and service perspective.
