It’s true in Thailand you hear about the staff first in reviews.The staff were very polite,kind,helpful,and professional.The hotel is very clean,our room nice,good water pressure,and a/c all checked out.The breakfast is a mix of American/asian but,a wide selection for every critic.The tokens they give you at check in is a nice gesture to trade them in for gifts/drinks/massage my wife opted for the bath bombs.Great location easy in/out to get around for a grab.We never paid more than 225bhat to get around everywhere except to the airport.Theres a massage place right across called sirene where we did our first traditional Thai massage(400bhat/hr)which was awesome nd professional.They asked if male masseurs were ok which was fine I’m glad we did they dug deep in the right places!!my back and body felt alive and rejuvenated!!Overall the hotel was an exceptional experience and would highly recommend them!!A+++

Another great stay at this hotel the rooms and hotel is beautiful, spotless and great ambience … huge shout out to the staff and chefs as the breakfasts are just amazing the staff could not do enough for us! Having a serious allergy makes things hard for us when it comes to trusting food choices but I can’t praise the manager and staff enough for taking care if me!| A brilliant and appreciated 5 star service 👏 thank you thank you 👏 Check in is the only negative experience we had , not hugely helpful at the start as our room wasn’t ready after a long day travelling arriving 7pm after communicating in advance on Expedia’s chat and returning from a ten day trip and because it’s our our 3rd stay I guess we expected more, the offer to initially down grace our room and level to compensate was not appreciated , first room we were put into was loud and view not good , 2nd room was ok but not the room we’d asked for ( the same room we had 10 days before for a week ) But honestly the other things I mention above made the trip great! Concierge was friendly & helpful too! We return to bkk often and very likely to return, for the room comfort & food service alone. Thank you GCP hotel for our great 10 day double stay 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and breakfast area. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions while still being peaceful and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the outstanding service and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

An excellent option for a central Bangkok stay - very comfortable, clean and well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms, a nice gym and pool deck and a good restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and professional. In general this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The second stay here at this hotel and we return as the last part of our special trip which we really look forward to Last year was great but this year was definitely even better. Reception always so happy and ready to help , very kind! Grateful for the care & attention from the restaurant staff especially as I have a serious allergy and the managers were very kind with extra help to make sure all was well with my order. That was very important & we are both grateful to the staff I had no issues 🙏 The room was always spotless and comfortable , great amenities and just an overall 5 * + experience! We will return in 9 days and we can’t wait! Thank you all for making the start of our trip a great one!

Exceptional staff — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was stunning, and every part of the hotel was beautifully maintained and impressive.
