Close to downtown and walkable. Adequate for what I needed. Bed was very uncomfortable, TV remote did not work, shower curtain smelled bad, floors were dirty when I got in. I paid extra to check in early and tried to access the room at 2 (regular check in at 3). I called when the code didnt work and they told me they couldn't verify that I paid for early access but the money had already come out of my account. They wanted me to get all the documents and send it to them so they could review it to ensure I paid. It shouldn't be your customer's responsibility to prove they paid- that is something that should have been done before I arrived. By then it was 2:30 and it wasn't worth it to even try anymore so i sat in my rentalcar for 30 minutesand just waited. I wasn't impressed by the customer service rep. If you need something simple this will get the job done but if you need something extra go to someone who knows how to handle that type of request.

Clean. Well maintained. Kitchen amenities were good. Not terribly close to anything, but we had a rental car for getting about.

Great location, awesome kitchen, convenient free street parking. The staff replied promptly when we got problem with the WiFi. Just one thing needs to be improved: the sofa bed was too soft and it felt like I was sinking into it.

Staff were communicative throughout our stay and responded to messages promptly, which we appreciated. However, the issues we raised, such as the broken shower rail and missing bedside light, were never resolved. Maintenance was scheduled for the day before we left, but no one showed up. Overall, while communication was good, it was disappointing that the issues were not fixed during our stay.
