Beautiful view, friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms

The staff were lovely and helpful. The l property was very pretty. The food was excellent including cake in the afternoon.

1) No Mention of the fact that it is located at the top of a steep hill. 2) The Room lighting is poor with no light in the bathroom to Shave 3) TV required to handsets to operate

After deciding to book a stay in a boutique hotel instead of the standard hotel I cannot believe how lucky we were to decide on the Tree House. The dedication of the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the attentiveness to service is all outstanding. I would recommend your stay there 100%. You will not be disappointed

The staff was amazing and took excellent care of us. The room was spotless and the staff was extremely friendly.

The entire staff was extremely helpful in any needs we wanted. The breakfast was awesome and was beautifully enraged for the buffet. If you didn’t see what you wanted on the buffet a breakfast menu was always available. The staff always had a warm smile to greet you.

When I was looking for a hotel in Cape Town, I noticed that the Tree House had received high ratings on hotels.com and most of the reviews noted the exceptional service. I booked the hotel for five nights and am so glad that I did. The Tree House is in an ideal location, close to the V&A waterfront to walk, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the area. We walked every day to the waterfront. Our room was comfortable; we spent a great deal of time on our balcony, looking through the trees surrounding the property to the ocean. It almost feels that you ARE in a tree house! We had our delicious, made-to-order breakfast each day outside by the pool. And each afternoon the chef surprised the guests with a cake-of-the-day. But, the one thing that stands out from everything else is the service. We had exceptional service at every turn. Sheila welcomed us, showed us around the hotel and made many of our reservations. Elton organized a driver for a tour to Cape of Good Hope and Franschhoek. Sade provided an unforgettable (and most needed) massage after a hike up Table Mountain. I highly recommended booking the Tree House, for all the reasons above. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing hotel close to the waterfront. The bed was simply amazing and we enjoyed the different daily wines that were fabulous. It was nice to arrive and sit on our patio. Very nice soaker tub and shower.

Nice boutique hotel

Every staff member was extremely attentive. The facility is very clean, the bed comfortable. Instructions for use of a/c/heat remote would be nice. Free breakfast was great with plenty of options. Never had time for their in-house spa but you should try it. I used hotel-arranged transport and Uber. Uber was always just minutes away and probably cheaper. This location is highly recommended.
