The Atlantis room I had was part of their renovation. Beautiful brand new bathrooms, with large glass enclosed showers. The issues I had were with the cleanliness of the shower. The housekeeper must have forgotten to wipe down the interior wall because there were several strands of hair on it. Also, they had a set of soaps and conditioner attached to the wall. The shower gel was completely empty. Lastly, after letting the lobby personnel know that the bed was like sleeping on a slab of cement, he told me the beds were brand new. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, maybe I could have gotten a different room. I have always loved making the Atlantis my Reno stopover because of the comfort of the rooms. But not so comfy this time.

We are Reno local and after checking in my wife became sick. We had to go home and were hoping the illness would subside and we could return to our room. She didn't get better so we had to stay home also on the second day of our booking. She also missed a massage and couldn't get reimbursed for it, and I had to then check out early. Again, no reimbursement for the room as we missed the checkout window. All in all, it looked like a great place to stay - but a lengthly illness didn't allow us to experience it. We are "out" for the massage and the room! As they say, better luck next time -

The staff was very helpful in getting around and pointing out restaurants and other areas. The room was cleaned so well by the staff. The food was great . Loved the outdoor pool area.
