The TV didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The bed a pillows were so horrible that neither my wife nor I got any sleep. We had reservations for two nights but couldn’t handle a second night in that bed. The staff was apologetic and offered to put us in a different room but we decided to just go home.

Loved everything about this hotel! I highly recommend & would stay there again!

It was great. Good breakfast, quiet, I liked it a lot!

Clean room and helpful and friendly staff

The staff was super nice but the building is outdated, the bedding was stiff and rough and the sink was clogged (drained super slow). Everything needs updating.

Nice hotel, nice pool and hot tub. Used it until the bugs arrived (swarmed). Comfortable beds, nice staff, good hotel. Access to the hot spring park was perfect for what we needed post cruise. The park was perfect for our adventurous family and kept everyone happy. Would gladly stay again and recommend,

My room was 1/2 cleaned on the 4th day. They said they did a complete clean and changed my sheets on Monday my 5th day there. I had my black lab with me,he was on my granddaughter bed. When I took the sheets down they were full of dog hair as was the bed spread and a pillow case on my pillow had black on it and it was still there so linen was never changed!The GM called me didn’t want to hear anything I said, she said and I quote,”If you don’t like the way we do things you can check out early”.I said do that’s how you treat your guest? She asked if I was checking out early I said no she hung up! I called corporate and of course the GM lied saying she never said anything about me checking out early, little did she know I had a witness in the car since the call was on my car speaker. So after seven days, our sheets were never changed. I had to get a vacuum to vacuum my room. They came in on Monday and vacuuming my room and that’s all they did. I put my trash and linen outside my door. They took the linen, took the trashcan and put it right in front of my door. Never took it. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. I would not advise anyone to stay there they have an 8.6 rating and I have no clue how they could possibly have that the rooms smell like mold I had to move my room that probably started the whole being nasty and not wanting to do anything for me. I’m 73 years old disabled and couldn’t even get help from the hotel. I get them too only because good breakfast…

The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.

Property is looking it's age. Had to move to another room as my air conditioning unit was leaking. Staff was super helpful in putting me in another room. Duct tape around the elevator buttons shows it's wear and tear. Rooms were big and overall clean.

The breakfast was a good selection. Front desk staff very nice and my room was nice and clean.
