Good value for price. No problem with accessing room with code, bed linens very clean, appreciated coffee in hospitality room. Grocery store and restaurants very close. Great location if hiking around Mt. Tiede.

No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out.
Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing.
Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed.

I struggled with check in, with no front service desk. Really old place, door was jammed. Dogs were barking around and it 2 dark. I decided actually to go forfeit and stay elsewhere
