The property was close to the Metro station and walking distance from the harbour and central station.
The hotel smelt a bit moldy but this may be due to the air conditioning.

The only thing good is the location. Cleanliness was average. Tv was horrible. Only local channels. Staff were not very friendly.

Nice location but the room was very small.
There was no free drinking water in the room. When I asked I was told to boil the water in a kettle and let it cool down to drink. I found the answer very rude and condescending. A straight forward answer is better than trying to be snarky about it.
Hotels should at least have drinking water as a bare minimum.
Overall a very average hotel.

The hotel is convinently located within walking distance to MTR station, bus and tram stop. A11 airport bus stop in front from the airport and within walking distance to the stop heading to the airport. It appears that the rooms of this hotel vary in their decor, so the experience of your stay depends on the room given. In my case, the room is clean and tidy, kind of no frills, but it's pretty spacious by HK standard. The common areas including the lobby, the lifts and corridors look quite dim and in need of an update. The room looks better than the common areas though. I'm kind of happy enough, but thought it's more of a 3 star hotel instead of 4.
