Excellent location, centrally located and close to everything. Staff is very nice and took care of all of our little requests throughout our stay. Very comfortable and convenient.

The location was perfect and the front staff was attentive and helpful. We only had issue with one person on staff in the first 2 days. They were very impolite and we got scolded for not using the do not disturb sign correctly- we learned quickly. Other than that all good.

Location is the best thing about this hotel! Very central within walking distance to all major things you want to see in Lisbon, as well as 10 min walk to train station and street car literally outside the front door. It’s on a busy promenade, yet still quiet at night once the al fresco restaurants close. Lots of restaurant options to choose from. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. Comfortable king size bed and decent sized bathroom. In our room, the bathroom windows were mostly frosted but with a design allowing others across the way to see inside, so we hung a bath towel for privacy. The vanity could be bigger, as it has hardly any room to store your toiletries. The staff were very nice and helpful and check in was a breeze. We opted not to purchase the breakfast at the time of booking the room because the price changed daily, ranging from $19 to $25. Upon check-in we were offered €15 daily for breakfast, which we declined because they don’t have a standard breakfast buffet room. We were instructed to preorder your breakfast from a list of items and predetermine the time you want it ready no the morning. While vacationing, we didn’t want to have to stick to an exact time frame, so we opted out of the breakfast. So I cannot speak about the actual food itself. However, we had no trouble finding breakfast out on the promenade, as many restaurants offer brunch as well. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!

Good central location. Restaurants aplenty. Complimentary glass of wine. Better if it had complimentary water. Need towel bars in bathroom.

Excellent location but the noise from train tracks makes it hard to sleep. I don't know what the schedule is for these trains but one night it stopped early and last night it kept going till late at night. I won't stay again just because of the noise issue otherwise it's a good property and staff is very friendly.

Staff were fine and helped where needed but not very warm or friendly. Room was clean and the building was maintained, but the bed was not very comfortable. Location was great. We ordered our breakfast each day as required and they had soy milk as an option. Despite ordering it and it being on their menu we were told they didn't have any two out of the three mornings we ate breakfast their which was mildly annoying since I'm lactose intolerant. Overall, the stay was fine but we normally would have expected a bit more for the price point.
