It was very convenient place ; food are delicious , clean room they managed very well. Will definitely come back again.

This place is not where you want to stay. Arrived at the hotel at 930 pm, check in for 2 rooms, I get to mine and had a foul odor and the sink wouldn’t drain correctly. Manager switched me into another room on a higher floor and assured me everything would be fine. It wasn’t, WiFi didn’t work. There were 0 towels in the room. It also had a funny smell and the room next door was under construction being renovated, what an upgrade?! I just have to laugh to keep from cringing while thinking back on my experience at the Lex. So 1030 rolls around and I’ve got 2 massage therapists coming over for me and my lady to relax after a long day of flights. They call from the lobby saying security won’t let them up, so I go down. The hotel wanted 1500 pesos for each of the to come up because it was after 1030pm. So 3000 pesos I had to spend which was twice what the massages cost. There was no mention of the time limits or the fees at check in, what a rip off! The next day we set out early to enjoy Cebu and had a wonderful time. We get back to the room and needed shower. We begin to shower and the drain was clogged or malfunctioning and the entire bathroom began to flood with water from the drain. Couldn’t even finish the shower. Then had gross drain water on my feet that I couldn’t even rinse off because the bathroom was flooded. I had enough at this point, we packed our things and checked out and left. Do not ever stay at this hotel, it’s dirty, the staff is rude and the policies are a rip

All staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet had variety and everything was delicious. My grandchildren enjoyed the rooftop pool. Also shuttle service to malls.

We love the pool on the top deck.My family really enjoyed the karaoke and their sound system was wonderful. We had fun in our stay. Thank you for making our stay memorable

I would like to start off by saying the staff at this hotel and the service is what I will remember most about my experience here. They are 1/1 and helped with the little things we needed. Felt very comfortable around them. Second the location is very central and decent for getting around to all the different parts of Cebu metro. We took advantage of the amenities. The gym was pretty useful to get some exercise every day. Unfortunately the aircon in the gym was not always reliable. Still nice though and good equipment for a hotel gym. That’s probably the worst thing I could say about our stay. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. I would rate it 5/5. There was a large variety to choose from including Western, Asiatic and local Filipino cuisine. We used the pool on the rooftop and had a couple of drinks while enjoying a beautiful city view. Was very nice. We didn’t request room cleaning every day but when we did staff made sure to freshen up the room and provided new sheets when we requested it. I don’t want to sound like I am overselling this hotel but it is surely a solid choice for anyone traveling to Cebu.

Check in was easy and quick step was very friendly. Room was really clean and they gave us an extra bed for our son. Breakfast was good. Hotel is close to the malls restaurants Very convenient! Will definitely stay again.

The room was decent, clean, and welcoming. Nice touch of local historical art rather than vague abstract pieces often too commonplace in rooms. The hotel is on the older side but everything was functioning. The room was fully equipped and all the appliances were serviceable. Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. Sherwin, Alexa, Roe, and colleagues at front desk deserve a shoutout. They were extremely intentional in their service! Breakfast was a good and had a decent spread of local and international food. Housekeeping was very expedient, never has staff knock on the door within 5 minutes of calling reception.

Everyone and everything was almost perfect! Highly Recommended!

I love Lex Hotel! The staff are awesome and polite, breakfast buffet is varied and first class; and the rooftop pool and views gave us a glimpse of city life in Cebu! I would definitely come back here on our next vacation!

Amazing place the Lex! Enjoyed every minute of it. The rooftop pool and bar, the breakfast, the staff. All amazing!
