In July of 2026, we had a group of 19 visit Yokohama and enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel. The hotel located on the top floors overlooking the shopping district and harbor is fabulous. The hotel itself is 1st rate with a location that is perfection. One can walk to hundreds of stores in multiple malls within minutes. Convenience stores are everywhere. The waterfront is a 20 minute walk as is the amusement park near World Porters. It is a perfect location. The staff met our every need. The rooms are clean and the staff pleasant and thorough. This is the second time I've stayed at Mitsui Garden. They will be my go-to hotel whenever coming to Japan.

An amazing stay. Luxury hotel, everything is new, very well maintained. Great value for money. The hotel is floors 20-27 so all rooms are high floor. My room was very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is magnificent. Some hours are a but busy and there's a wait. Small downsides - they are a bit overly strict sometimes. Eg specific pool hours with advance registration. Or not letting you take your glass of wine from the bar to the balcony to enjoy the sunset. But that's Japan I guess. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Really nice room, very clean, good view, was able to see Mt. Fuji from the room one of the morning when it was just a bit cloudy. The outdoor space on F20 was also excellent and well maintained.
