This was our second stay and we once again enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and the room was lovely and clean. We liked the room with the shower more than the room with bath we had last time, so we will be asking for it again when we visit next. The location of this hotel is great too. We didn’t use the on site car park as the EV charging spaces were already booked but we used the nearby public car park for half the cost so no complaints there!

Excellent hotel in a good location. The decor was very modern and clean and of high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so much choice and the quality of food was excellent.

Had a recent 2 night stay and couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to check-in a couple of hours early as the room was ready. It’s in a good location and fairly close to the town and the train station. The hotel is spotlessly clean and there is a nice garden area for sitting out in and having a drink. The breakfast was very good with good range of both hot and cold options. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Ideal location just 10 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes to the Market Place. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity. Staff very friendly and helpful, decent size rooms very modern and clean. Excellent choice of food and drink at breakfast.

Stayed here ten years ago. Still an excellent place to stay particularly as our favourite bar is directly opposite the hotel entrance.

Staff at check-in were helpful and gave me guides to the city. I had bike with me. I did notice that the bike rack was not fixed to the floor which would invalidate my insuranceif stollen. I would stay again. Room was clean and had everything i need. Great location for walking the city

Beautiful hotel, in a lovely location. 4 min walk to de halve maan brewery which is an absolute must when you are in Bruges! The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, tasty with great selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, pastries and English breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👌

The property is and interesting assemblage of a number of different buildings. There are apparently about 90 rooms in total. All have been renovated and are quite nice though somewhat more "cozy" than depicted online.
There is parking, and it is considerably more "cosy" than might be expected of a property of this reputed calibre.
A nice stay, however perhaps somewhat inflated prices for the value?
