Needs to be renovated. Attached to the Andaz and the entrance is a little confusing. The rooms could be updated (peeling paint & wallpaper). Concierge won’t help find cute spots in the city and won’t recommend ways to travel in the city safely without paying large sums of money or that benefits them. It is well located, looks pretty and is functional.

The location is great. The hotel seems to be going through some growing pains unfortunately. This is my second time staying here and this time around it really didn’t meet up to the experience I had previously. Small issue got escalated and created a huge inconvenience. At the end we were placed in a suitable room but a good day and a half of moving rooms and lack of communication was pretty unfortunate.

I really liked the location, as it allowed us to explore the Condesa area. The breakfast is good, although not very varied. The service is exceptional, particularly during breakfast. The rooms are convenient. It would have been nice to have channels in the rooms that showed the World Cup matches, as well as in the reception area, since they only broadcast a few.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, porque nos permitió explorar el área de Condesa. El desayuno es bueno, aunque no tan variado. El servicio es excepcional, particularmente durante el desayuno. Las habitaciones son convenientes. Hubiera sido deseable que hubiera canales en las habitaciones que permitieran ver los partidos del mundial de fútbol, así como en el área de la recepción, pues solo transmitían algunos.
