शानदार it’s a toyoko inn. everything you need in the smallest space you could fit it. breakfast as always is a win.

Stayed 2 nights with family (2 kids), breakfast is good with lots of Japanese options. Really close to Niigata Sta. but great connectivity with buses to rest of city. Walking distance to Furumachi.
Consider this as a Holiday Inn Express with smaller rooms. Also consider beds are twin beds so they are small for 2 adults and 2 kids but it does the job. If you have more budget consider other options with bigger beds/space or 2 rooms.

The location was the best and I enjoyed breakfast. The only thing that was too much was every single day, I received a clean towel set and a package of toothbrush. That was not necessary at all.

Good hotel room for the price. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it was a little difficult to find at first. I was able to check my luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well.
